Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Identify new business opportunities through Expansion in new market/territory
2. Forging new partnerships – vendors/sales associates
3. Find new ways to reach existing target market
4. Negotiating and closing deals.
5. Help product team develop new product & service offerings
6. Research and Study the Various Products and Services provided by Value Consulting.
7. Research on relevant Customers and identify new business opportunities.
8. Stay abreast of what's happening in your industry-what your competitors are up to in terms of products and service offerings, pricing, marketing strategies, and so on.
9. Identify new Sales Channels to sell through.
10. Generate a detailed Database of Prospective Clients and update it every day through cold calling and digital medium.
11. Review of RFP portals and identifying the appropriate RFPs as per company’s ability to provide services.
12. Handling corporate presentations, documents, proposals, and managing the expectations of the customers with development team to create solutions.
13. Identify & implement strategies for increasing website traffic, implement initiatives to promote content to relevant audiences, keep abreast of latest SEM trends & apply them in digital campaigns, track, analyze & report on SEM & online initiatives
14. Responsible of online marketing, digital enterprises and so on.
15. Formal proposal and Presentation management and writing.
16. Follow up through calls or mails to keep lead active
17. Follow up with the sales teams regarding the generated leads update / status.
18. Generating more business / Revenue from same customer or new Customer
19. Excellent customer service.

Skill Required:

1. Creative mind-set with strong written/verbal /excellent interpersonal communication skills
2. Expected to have “can do” attitude and big ambition to find potential clients, engage into opportunities, and finalize the deal
3. Ready to take up challenging tasks and work with minimum supervision.
4. Selling should be your signature statement. Maintaining relationship with clients and providing business leads.
5. Have the ability to engage clients on any level.
6. Use information obtained in an opportunity identification and qualification process to make intelligent decisions concerning viable business prospects.
7. Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
8. Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills are vital
9. Keen interest in new technology, new media and market trends and any other factors that may influence sales.
